"I had a good experience..."
I had a good experience with Totally Promotional. Communication was clear, and when I had questions, they answered them in a way that was easy to understand. One response took a little longer than I expected, but my gut told me things were still moving along fine, and I was right. I always knew where my order stood, which made the whole process less stressful. I’d use them again.

"Bulk order went smoother than I thought"
I ordered a big batch of custom cups for a work event i was kind of expecting something to go wrong. Maybe I’m just used to overthinking these things? But the whole process was actually really easy. The site was simple enough to use, the proof came back quickly, and the cups arrived in good shape. The colors looked right too, which was one of the things I wasn’t totally sure about when I ordered. I had one question along the way and support got back to me fast. Overall, no hassle at all, and I’d definitely order again.

I had a really easy time customizing my cups, there were more options than I expected. I could play around with the different choices and get them looking close to what I had in mind without it feeling complicated or frustrating. The whole process was simple enough, and when the cups arrived, they turned out good overall. I liked that I was able to add my own personal touch and not just settle for something plain or basic.

I was happy with these. The cups feel sturdier than I expected, which was the main thing I cared about, and the print came out nice and clear. A couple weren’t totally perfect, but nothing that really bothered me once I looked at the whole batch. For the price, I’d say they turned out well

"Glad I didn’t risk printing it as-is"
I uploaded our logo because I was worried it might not print cleanly the way it was. They cleaned it up, sent over an easy proof to review, and the final artwork looked exactly how we wanted. i’m glad we didn’t take a chance and end up wasting money on a bad print. Super simple process with no hassle.

"They did the right thing and fixed my order fast"
When my order showed up, there was a small issue with it, so I emailed Totally Promotional without really knowing how it would go. To their credit, they responded quickly and were genuinely polite about the whole thing.

They didn’t make me jump through hoops or act like it was my problem, which I really appreciated. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but I think what matters is whether a company takes responsibility and makes it right. They did, and I’d feel good ordering from them again...

I ordered from totallypromotional.com for a small event, and I was kinda nervous about whether everything would arrive on time. Thankfully, it showed up exactly when they said it would, which was a huge relief.

The tracking was easy to follow, and the box arrived in good shape. I didn’t have to deal with any last-minute stress or call around checking on it, so I’d definitely consider using them again.

"Solid deal for the price"
I ordered from totallypromotional.com because their prices were better than a few other sites I checked out. The stuff came out looking really nice and didn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all. For what we paid, it was a sweet deal. Shipping wasn’t bad either. I’d definitely use them again if we need more stuff made.
